Chocolate fountains have been growing in popularity over the past few years.  We realize we have competition out there and we want to do our best to win your business by providing the best tasting chocolate and superior service at the best prices.  We do encourage you to shop around and make an educated decision when choosing a chocolate fountain company, so we've put together the following information to help you do your research...

1.What is the size of the fountain offered in the package?
 Our fountains are 44" tall. We are the only company in the St. Louis area to offer the 44" fountain.

Inside Scoop: When shopping around, be sure to ask for the size of the fountain in inches or feet. Most companies advertise their fountains as small, medium, and large. Generally, if the fountain is advertised as "large", you can expect a 34" or 37" fountain.

2. Does the size of the fountain make a difference?
The difference is in the presentation and "wow" factor. The 44" fountain is amazing!  It is nearly 4 feet of flowing fondue and it will literally stop people in their tracks when they see it. 

Inside Scoop: The base of all the fountains (27"-44") holds the same amount of chocolate 14-20lbs. This is why we offer our 44" fountains at the same price most other companies will charge you for their 27-35" inch fountains. We feel that no matter how large or small your crowd is, you and your guests deserve the "wow" of our 44" fountains.

3. What type of chocolate do you use?
We use Callabaut Premium fondue in milk, dark, or white chocolates. There is NO OIL added to our chocolate; therefore, it has the richest taste and sweetest aroma.

Inside Scoop: Some companies will boast that they use popular, brand-named chocolate. However, most of these chocolates are not made for chocolate fountains which means oil must be added to thin the chocolate. You and your guests will be able to see, smell, and taste the difference.

4. How do you melt your chocolate?
We melt the chocolate right in the base of the fountain so no chocolate is lost in the process.

Inside Scoop: Some companies will use pre-melted chocolate that must be poured into the base of the fountain. It's a messy process and not all the chocolate transfers, so while you might be paying for 25 lbs. of chocolate, you might not actually be getting all of it.

5.Do you provide the dippers for the fountain?
We do provide dipping items at a very resonable rate.  We have a basic package which would work well during a cocktail hour or in addition to other desserts, and we also offer a premium package that gives you a full dessert spread of 10 different dippers.

Inside Scoop:  Some fountain companies do not offer dipping items, while others offer them at a much higher price.
